In this retreat, we will explore the first of the four foundations of mindfulness the Buddha laid out as the pathway to liberation. We will cultivate mindfulness of the body, beginning by using the body as an anchor for our attention. We will then apply investigation to the body so as to experience its changing, vulnerable and selfless nature. This retreat will support us to connect ever more deeply with the profound support and wisdom that is to be found in the body.
