Wakeful Rest; An Online Half Day Retreat

In meditation we often focus on the breath, the body, and the senses to maintain awareness in the present moment. What would it be like if we learned to emphasize the qualities that we bring into how we touch and return to our mindfulness practice, rather than the objects themselves. What would it be like if we learned to identify and become familiar with the qualities of wakefulness and rest that are natural outcomes of a wise relationship to our practice? We work very hard to walk the path of mindfulness, why not rest and enjoy natural wakefulness along the way in this half day zoom retreat. This retreat is appropriate for all who have at least some experience.
