Holiday Potluck Lunch, Dharma Talk and Community Sharing
Saturday, December 18, 2021 - 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm
With Matthew Daniell
IMCN enjoys an annual potluck every December, giving us a chance to visit with one another and make some new friends within our meditation community. At 12:30pm we will gather for a potluck lunch which was preceded by the half day retreat ‘Loving Kindness for the Holidays’. Please don't worry, if you don't like to cook you can bring something from the store! Around 2:00pm we will move into the Meditation Hall for a reflections on compassion from Matthew Daniell, and community sharing of this past year.
Join us for this wonderful December ritual! All are welcome! There is no fee for the potluck and reflections, but kindly RSVP if you plan on attending at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to attend this offering, you must be fully vaccinated. You will have to show proof of vaccination at the door, or you may also email the Director with a copy of your proof of vaccination before the offering.
Ongoing Covid precautions: At this point we are not requiring masks at the Center as proof of full vaccination is required for participants and staff (if you would like to wear a mask, you are welcome to). As an added precaution, if you have cold or flu like symptoms, we ask that you do not attend any offering until you have had a negative quick covid test. At any teachers’ discretion, masks may be required. This will be posted in their offering’s description.
