Weekday Classes

Formal silent sitting and walking practices are complemented by the systematic investigation of a meditative theme through presented material and discussion. Practice in daily life will be emphasized throughout. Thursday PM classes are designed for beginners (may be repeated); Wednesday PM classes are for ongoing students.

 

The next date for classes that will be open for registration is May 1 for the Wednesday Meditation Class and May 9 for the Thursday Intro Class.  If interested please scroll down to the beginning date to register.
