Pay by Check
To complete a registration with a check please follow these three steps:
- Send an email to IMCN indicating that you would like to register for a retreat, workshop, or class. Let us know what you want to register for and that you will pay by check. Send your email to email@example.com
- Please write out your check to 'IMCN' for the correct amount. You can print out this form to fill out and include with your check, or include a piece of paper that has your
- Name/ Address (unless the address on your check is accurate)
- Phone number to contact you if there are questions
- Email address to send you a confirmation of your registration once the check is received
- Date and name of retreat/workshop/class for which you are registering
- Mail your check and information to:

IMCN's Refund Policies are as follows:
- In order to receive a refund, you need to contact us 2 days (48 hours) before the event (or the first class) and we can give you a refund for your registration, minus a $5 processing fee.
- No refunds are given less than 2 days before the event.
- We are unable to pro-rate the cost of a class series due to absence, nor do we offer make-up classes. We have found that sometimes students miss one or more classes in a series and are still able to benefit.
- In the event of bad weather, we will cancel the class and schedule a make-up date for the week following the last scheduled class.
